Our seasons are scheduled out in 12-week segments, which allows us to bring in new food vendors every 12 weeks as some vendors' products go out of season. That means we'll have some new faces at this week's market! We'll continue to offer all the great variety that you have come to expect at the Habersham Farmers Market. For the next 12 weeks, some of the new vendors we're welcoming are: - Cori's Pierogi Hut We hope to see YOU this Friday from 4-7pm with fresh eats and live music! We've got the entertaining Billy Drysdale playing for us this week and he is always a hit! Alaskan Fisherman Steve Sturmann is in the Beaufort Gazette! Sawmill River Smokehouse: Dan has just started a new business making his own beef jerky. He's got a variety of flavors, so try him out. Jerky makes a great snack! |

Cup-to-Cup Coffee Roasters: It is really a rare treat to have locally roasted coffee available at a farmers market. Fresh roasted coffee has an amazing flavor! Buy a cup of hot coffee at the market! |

SweetCakes: Laurel Goodman has pies made with many local ingredients (buttermilk, sweet potato, apple and pecan), mini poundcakes, and sour cream twists. Her pies have been featured in Southern Living Magazine! |

Anita Louis Cox: Anita sells her local honey as well as goat and feta cheeses from Split Creek Farms. She also has tea and homemade veggie burgers! |

Miss Jannie's Breads: Everybody knows how good Miss Jannie's breads are, and if you don't, then be sure to try one of her samples! She sells whole loaves and individual sizes. Jannie will be coming to the market every other week through April. |

Fred's Alaskan Seafood: This is a special guest who will be with us through the winter. Steve Sturrman is an Alaskan fisherman spending time down here this winter and he has brought some of the fish that he has caught with him to sell. Even though Salmon is not local to Beaufort, we are allowing him to sell because it is a locally sourced product that is being sold by the actual fisherman. This is a special treat! |

The Jaecks Hand Spun Yarn: Lin Jaecks will be selling her hand spun yarns. She spins two to three hours a day, spinning Romney, Romney-Corriedale, llama, Alpaca, Navajo Churro, Yak, Yak Merino, and Dorset wools. Her husband Gordon dyes the wool and Lin plies different wools for interesting combinations, such as double chocolate, chocolate vanilla, snowy day, and many other beautiful color combinations. Some of their really unique items are knit with custom dyed wool plied with hand spun sari silk from Nepal. Lin will give spinning demonstrations and be able to answer questions regarding spinning, knitting and crocheting, pattern reading, etc. |

Fusion Bath and Body: Renee is back this week with her wonderful homemade soaps, lotions, bath products, and rubs. She is always a big hit and her products have a great reputation! Try them out at the market! |

Island! From Bluffton, travel north on Hwy 170 over the Broad River bridge. Once over the bridge, take the first left past the light onto Broad River Blvd. At the first light, take a left onto Joe Frazier Road. Go one mile and take a left onto Cherokee Farms Road.
