Santa Claus, along with various holiday food, arts and craft vendors, will bring holiday cheer to the Habersham Marketplace December 7, from 4-7 p.m. for the Habersham Holiday Market. The event, sponsored by 94.5 The Coast and Butler Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Beaufort, is part of the now year-round First Fridays event series in the Marketplace. Featuring festive music by Beaufort’s Billy Drysdale, a family s’mores roast, an expanded farmer’s market and photos with Santa, the Habersham Holiday Market will boast the sights, sounds and smells of the season.

Photos with Santa will be offered by WallFlower Photographie of Beaufort. Digital images can be purchased for $15 and various prints can be purchased for $20. Payment will be requested on site and photos will be taken on a first come, first serve basis from 4-7 p.m.

Cup-to-Cup Coffee Roasters: It is really a rare treat to have locally roasted coffee available at a farmers market.
Anita Louis Cox: Anita is here this week with all her great local honey, teas, and cheeses.
Miss Jannie's Breads: Jannie has all her delicious breads, cupcakes, and cake slices. She has become quite popular at the market!
Ladys Island Oyster Farm: Local Select and Cluster oysters at "Franks Oyster Bar!" He'll shuck them for you on the spot!
Kettle Korn: Nick and Gerry Pfiefer make Kettle Korn on the spot and provide this delicious afternoon snack to anybody who wants it! Find them by the Pirate Ship.
Fusion Bath and Body: Renee Hurt makes all types of nice soaps, lotions, cremes and more. She'll have some samples for you to try and can tell you about what each one is for.
Southern Spinner: Meet the Jaecks! They spin yarn from all kinds of wool and knit things as well! Very impressive!
Debra Marshall: Debra is new in town and she sells handmade jewelry!
Katie Parks: Katie makes all kinds of hand sewn items
From the Kitchen Crafts: Tinka comes from Savannah with soaps, sewn items and handmade crafts!

The Marketplace is only a short drive from Beaufort and Hilton Head Island!

From Beaufort, travel south on Hwy 170 and take the first right after Walmart towards Robert Smalls Middle School. At the stop sign, take a left on Broad River Blvd and then a right at the light onto Joe Frazier Road. Go one mile and take a left onto Cherokee Farms Road. Habersham will be a half mile down the road on your left.

From Bluffton, travel north on Hwy 170 over the Broad River bridge. Once over the bridge, take the first left past the light onto Broad River Blvd. At the first light, take a left onto Joe Frazier Road. Go one mile and take a left onto Cherokee Farms Road. Habersham will be a half mile down the road on your left.

THE FIRST FRIDAY EVENT IS TOMORROW!

The Joshua Foxx Band will be playing
from 6:30-9PM

....but don't wait until then to come!! The expanded farmers market begins at 4PM with regional growers/producers in addition to a full craft market. Get some Christmas shopping done early! Farmers Market favorite, Stephen Kneece, will be providing live music from 4-6PM. Marketplace restaurants and vendors will be providing great food and drinks! This is sure to be a fun Fall afternoon!!

This Week's Vendor Information:
Otis Daise Produce: Olivia has fresh produce from Otis Daise's farm. She'll have onions, crowder peas, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, and more.
Gay Deer Farms: Gay has an amazing variety of canned vegetables, relishes, jams, and pickled items. She also has flowers, sweet potatoes, and fresh shrimp!
Clarence Mitchell: Clarence is joining us from Walterboro for the first time on Friday. He will have fresh picked sweet potatoes and tomatoes.
Habersham Farms: CSA members can come pick up your shares and others can purchase canned jams, marmalades, and sauces from Vegetable Kingdom.
Mibek Farms: It's First Friday, so Michael will be here with his high quality pasture-raised beef. If you wonder what "pasture-raised" means, Dr. Michael is the man to ask!

Jannie's Baked Goods: Miss Jannie will have all her delicious baked breads and goodies, which I'm sure she'll sell out of quickly!
Walnut Hill Acres: Phyllis has farm fresh eggs which will amaze you with their taste compared to store-bought eggs.
Baby Cakes: Bernie is here with more mini cheesecakes. Pick up a few for a family treat or dessert!
Claudine Creperie: Claudine's made-to-order crepes will change your life!!!
Cup to Cup Coffee: James sells his roasted coffees each week and has fresh brewed ice coffee to sample, so stop by and have a try.
Darlene Smith: Darlene will not be with us tomorrow and ended up missing last week because her husband, Chuck, suffered a massive heart attack. Chuck was flown to Charleston and they are waiting to see how he will recover. Please keep Darlene and Chuck in your thoughts and prayers. They were new vendors with us and a great addition to our market, so we hope they will be back with us soon.
Old Fashioned Peanut Brittle: Barrett Collins sells homemade Peanut Brittle, which makes an excellent snack or a nice gift. She'll have white chocolate, double chocolate, regular, and jalepeno.
Bertos: Berto's is easily the best Mexican food in Beaufort and they will be at the market selling $2 tacos and tamales!
Tammy and Scott Brister Pottery: Both Tammy and Scott throw pottery and would like to showcase some of their items this week again. Be sure to check out what they have to offer!
Anita Cox: Anita sells honey made from her own bees! She also sometimes has veggie burgers and other delicious take-home foods that she has made.
The Quiche Lady: Geradine Purdy makes the most delicious quiches. She came out some last year and is coming back this week. Be sure to buy one of the Quiche Lady's quiches so she'll keep coming back to us!
Pam Johnson Brickell: Pam is a nature artist who incorporates beautiful caligraphy into a lot of her work. She'll be displaying some beautiful paintings for sale that depict the nature of the Lowcountry.
Two Nonas: Mary & Elaine will be back this First Friday with their hand-crafted stationary and gifts.
Uniquely Created by Heather Scott: Heather makes wonderful tote bags, purses, laptop bags, and quilts. She is part of the Savannah artisans who have recently been seen at the Farmers Market in Habersham!
Jamie Hill: Jamie will be selling popcorn and snow cones as a new vendor this week!
