Habersham Farmers Market

FRIDAYS 4:00-7:00PM
HABERSHAM MARKETPLACE

We've got a FULL tent of vendors this week! A great variety as well (meat, seafood, produce, baked goods, prepared foods, desserts, and plants)! Grab a local beer to go at Maggie's or ask about Patois' house wine special and then stroll through the market to shop. Kim Merrill will be providing music for us this week for the first time, so we're looking forward to hearing him. Don't forget the kids! Send them down to Piace Pizza for a slice and a drink while you do your shopping.

Featured Vendor of the Week:
Jim and Nancy Rathburn

Jim and Nancy Rathburn own and operate Brickyard Point Farms here in Beaufort, which is one of the largest Pecan farms in the Lowcountry. Jim's father planted the first orchard in 1968, and those trees are still producing! Jim and Nancy took over the farming operations about 7 years ago. Jim is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Pecans, so stop by for some nuts and learn something new (did you know there are many varieties of pecans with different flavors?). Be sure to sample some of Nancy's delicious candied Pecans as well!

MiBek Farms: Michael and Becky Worrell come the first and third Fridays of the month, so they'll be here this week with a wide selection of cuts from their pasture-raised beef.
